Here’s everything you need to know about our Virtual Office membership at Houston Coffee Office.
Mail can be picked up during Houston Coffee Office business hours. We don’t provide mail forwarding with this membership, so you’ll just stop by during staffed hours to collect your mail.
Each Virtual Office membership includes one mailing address at a single Houston Coffee Office. If you need more than one address, you can easily add another mailbox for an additional fee.
Our team will notify you about packages when they arrive. For envelopes or smaller mail items, you’re welcome to give us a call or stop by during business hours, and our staff will be happy to check for you.
A Virtual Office membership only covers your mailing address and mail pickup. It does not include coworking access. If you’d like to work from one of our spaces, you can purchase a day pass or explore our coworking memberships.
Mail scanning and forwarding aren’t included in the basic Virtual Office plan. However, additional services may be available. If you’re interested, reach out to our team to learn more.
